Ministering in France, Serving with World Team

Jerry Moyer was born in the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, where his parents were missionaries. Carolyn was born and raised right here in the Royersford area by her parents Myron and Arden Bortz. She attended The Bible Fellowship Church of Royersford with her parents in her youth.

Jerry and Carolyn met while Jerry was on vacation from his job as a high school math teacher in Florida. They were married in 1989.

Following their marriage the couple moved to Wisconsin where Jerry attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. When he graduated, they moved back to this area, where Jerry served as an assistant to Pastor Richard Taylor of the Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Wallingford, PA.

Jerry and Carolyn have two sons. Peter is seven years old and Samuel is four. The Moyer's work as church planters in Magny Les Hameaux, a suburb of Paris, France. Among the countries of the world, France has one of the lowest populations of Evangelical Christians. Fewer than a one half of one percent of the French people are professing believers.  The Moyers are serving in Magny Les Hameaux with World Team.
